3 things to start doing for healthier relationships

Communicate openly and honestly. This means being able to share your thoughts and feelings with your partner, even when it's difficult. It also means being willing to listen to your partner's thoughts and feelings, even when you don't agree with them.

Be respectful of each other. This means treating your partner with kindness, compassion, and understanding. It also means being mindful of your words and actions, and making sure that you're not saying or doing anything that could hurt your partner.

Make time for each other. This means setting aside time to connect with your partner, both on a daily basis and on a weekly or monthly basis. It also means being present when you're together, and really listening to and engaging with your partner.
